This training is designed for independent shop advisors and technicians who want to boost sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and elevate their service experience. Participants will learn how to build trust quickly, communicate clearly using the RIM method, and perform a 15-minute Quarter Time Inspection that increases transparency and repair orders. Through engaging, real-world instruction and live role-play exercises, attendees will gain practical skills to connect confidently with customers and drive both revenue and reputation growth.
