Luther Taylor, Transmission instructor at Clover Park VIT was presented the Outstanding Member of the year for 1989.
During 1989 Luther served as Secretary on the ASA-WA Board of Directors. Luther currently holds the position of Parliamentarian & Historian on the ASA-WA Board of Directors.
