Major events conducted by Northwest Auto Care Alliance are:
The Automotive Training Expo (ATE) held annually.  Over 80 exhibitors  present their equipment, products and services.  Forty management and technical training seminars.

Throughout the year many training seminars are either presented or sponsored by Northwest Auto Care Alliance.  These seminars are scheduled throughout Washington and Oregon covering information that is useful to mechanical, transmission and collision business owners and technicians.

Each year two Management Conference Retreats are scheduled at resort locations in Washington or Oregon.  These retreats offer an excellent opportunity for business owners to break-away from the daily business tasks and enjoy a relaxing weekend with fellow industry members, and their spouses. However, it’s not all fun and games as each retreat offers industry round table discussions and at least one management oriented seminar.

Northwest Auto Care Alliance produces a monthly member e-mail publication, the Dateline.  The Dateline publishes articles of interest to the mechanical, transmission, and collision members.  Topics include general industry news, new products and services, management, environmental and legislative news. The Dateline is the source for information on new regulations that affect the members businesses.

Northwest Auto Care Alliance is involved with educators and students, pointing out the opportunities available in this industry and suggesting specific educational requirements necessary to perform the many and varied job functions required today.

Recognizing that a solid image is essential to attracting employees, Northwest Auto Care Alliance is constantly seeking and supporting ways to improve the image of the industry.  It is paramount however, that we recognize our strengths and contribution to this country and its transportation system, and constantly present a positive image to the media, educators, parents and, most importantly to our present employees if we are to have any chance of success in attracting qualified employees to this industry in future years.
