CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) has announced that REVV has been added as a provider within the CCC Diagnostics Network. This integration enables repair facilities using REVV’s AI powered calibration software to automatically deliver calibration documentation into CCC ONE workfiles. The digital connection helps shops manage growing vehicle complexity, reduce manual steps, and clearly document calibration operations as part of the repair record. By connecting REVV’s advanced calibration platform directly with CCC ONE, repairers can manage estimates, calibrations, and supporting documentation within a single digital workflow. Calibration recommendations and related documentation flow automatically from REVV into CCC ONE, helping shops eliminate redundant uploads and improve visibility across repair teams and insurers. Activation is included at no additional cost for CCC and REVV users.
Wesco Group – GM Auto Paint, a regional distributor with 10 locations across California and Las Vegas, has joined Wesco Group, LLC, according to a recent news release. The addition of GM Auto Paint further strengthens Wesco Group’s position as one of North America’s fastest growing distributors in the automotive refinish market, while continuing to uphold its people first values and commitment to customer driven excellence.
Boyd Group Services Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Joe Hudson’s Collision Center from TSG Consumer Partners LP, expanding the company’s footprint by 258 collision locations across the U.S. Southeast and bringing its total location count to 1,273. According to the company, the purchase price was $1.3 billion.
AkzoNobel N.V. and Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. announced on Nov. 18 that they have agreed to an “all stock merger of equals,” creating a premier global coatings company with an enterprise value of approximately $25 billion. According to their joint news release, the companies’ complementary products will allow the combined organization to better serve customers across key end markets, enhance value for shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders, and bring global capabilities to local customers with a footprint spanning 160 countries.
