It is with profound sadness that the Northwest Auto Care Alliance shares the passing of our friend and valued member, Robert Lalonde.
Robert had been an active member of NWACA and the Tri-Cities Chapter since 2015. Over the years, he became much more than a fellow automotive professional – he was a trusted friend, a source of laughter and encouragement, and a meaningful part of our NWACA family.
As the owner and leader of 360 Automotive, Robert built a company grounded in honesty and integrity. Those values were not simply words to him; they shaped how he conducted business, treated people, and lived his life. His warmth, humor, and genuine appreciation for others left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Robert often reminded those around him, “Every day is a good day, just some are better than others.” Even on difficult days, he found a way to bring a smile to someone’s face. His familiar “I appreciate you” and “I love you” will be deeply missed.
Robert was an accomplished business owner and a respected leader, but he was also a devoted husband, father, brother, and best friend. He was the heart and soul of 360 Automotive and an important part of the lives of so many people throughout our industry and community.
The team at 360 Automotive will continue operating and honoring Robert’s hard work and legacy by doing things the 360 Automotive way – with honesty and integrity always coming first.
Robert was never one for a somber, “doom and gloom” memorial. In true Robert fashion, his family and the 360 Automotive team are planning a celebration – one filled with stories, laughter, memories, and, of course, the best Rob jokes everyone can bring.
Please join Robert’s family, friends, the 360 Automotive team, and members of our community as we celebrate a remarkable man and give him the send-off he deserves.
