Joining NWACA is one of the best business decisions we have made, they provide networking and business resources not found anywhere else. Taking advantage of the monetary benefits they provide will pay for the yearly dues within the first month and the opportunity to network with other industry professionals has been priceless for growing our business.

I continue my NWACA membership because of the relationships I've built over the past 20 years. From the start, I have always felt reassured knowing there's someone ready to assist with anything, whether it's professional matters like KPIs, best practices, and problem vehicles, or personal issues I've faced. Although I've been part of other organizations, none have felt like family the way this group does.

The iTAC apprenticeship program gives independent shops a competitive edge by providing someone with a little experience a solid foundation to eventually promote to a master technician. Partnering them with a senior technician who loves to teach creates an incredible opportunity for both the shop and the apprentice.
